Step #1 - Is Your Spouse Cheating On You?



This is the only step where you are going to need to be a touch on the crafty side. The reason I say this is that you will need to find about 15 minutes to look at your partner's cell phone without anyone catching you.



Pick your time wisely! Maybe your spouse just went out to the store or went to work without their phone. You just need to make sure you have about 15 minutes to "borrow" their phone.



Once you get a hold of their cell phone grab a pen and paper and get comfortable. You are going to look over their entire call history. Most cell phones keep track of the last 100 calls - look at both the incoming and outgoing call history lists and write down every phone number that you see.



While you are doing this you can leave off any phone number that you recognize for sure off your list. You just need to note down every phone number that doesn't ring a bell.



Once you have your list complete, it's time to put back the phone and go on to the next step.



Step #2 - Are You Married To A Cheater?



Now that you have a list of every phone number that your spouse has called it's time to find out exactly who they have been talking. With just a phone number, you can find out someone's full name, address, family details and background information.



How is this done? There are companies that pu together databases that contain information on the owner information for every phone number (this includes cell phone and unlisted numbers). These companies then let people search through the database to find out information on any phone number they want to "investigate".

Run down your entire list and conduct a search on each phone number. Make sure to write down the information you find out about each one on the same piece of paper.



Once you are done this step, you can move on to the last step.



Step #3 - Is Your Spouse A Cheater?



Now you have a list of all the people that your partner has been chatting with (and how often). This information makes it easy to spot any suspicious patterns about whether or not your spouse is cheating.



Look over your sheet of paper and all the names that are on it. Many people that think their spouse is cheating on them have a person in mind that they think they might be cheating with. If this is the case, do you see this name on your list?
